Expectations = Resentments under construction

Expectations are premeditated resentments.

Failure is success on the instalment plan — if I learn from it.

It’s about the food until it’s not about the food.

    ABC’s = Acceptance, Belief, Change.

    DENIAL = Don’t Even Notice I Am Lying.
    FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real.

    NUTS = Not Using The Steps.

    SLIP = Sobriety Loses Its Priority.

    HOW = Honesty, Open-mindedness, Willingness. 
